Thalassa for Falcon 3 is a library crafted around multisampled recordings of a 5-octave Schiedmayer celeste, capturing its nuances with 3 microphones, 4 dynamic layers, and 4 round robins. This library transforms the celestial tones into  captivating hybrid instruments, harnessing the full range of Falcon 3 features.

The core of the library comprises three distinct preset types:

1. Designed: Crafted solely from the celeste recordings, these presets employ various modulation techniques to produce a diverse array of beautiful and mesmerizing sounds.
2. Hybrid: Leveraging Falcon 3’s comprehensive synthesis options, this preset category combines them with the multisampled recordings of the celeste and guitar. The result is a extensive collection of unique and otherworldly hybrid sounds.
3. Motion: Featuring an extensive selection of presets, this category utilizes Falcon 3’s diverse sequencing and motion options. Each motion preset automatically enables the MIDI out option, allowing seamless integration with other synthesizers and instruments in your setup.

Pre-Order FAQ

Q: How does this pre-order work?

A: To pre-order the library, simply place your order as you would with any other product. On December 21st, you’ll receive the complete library, and we’ll notify you via email as soon as it’s ready for download.

Q: Till when can I pre-order Thalassa?

A: The Thalassa pre-order will be available till 11 December. Then the product will be temporary not available for purchase until it’s released on the 21st of December.

Q: How do I access the library?

A: Given the substantial size of the library (10 GB), I’m utilizing the Pulse Downloader to host it. Upon completing your pre-order, you’ll receive a serial number. Follow the instructions provided in the included readme file to access the library through the Pulse Downloader and how to receive the content once its released. Detailed instructions will be available in the readme.

Q: What’s the benefit of pre-ordering?

A: By pre-ordering, you enjoy an extra 15% discount. The pre-order discount offers a 45% reduction, whereas the regular introductory price upon release will be 30% off. This makes the pre-order price also more competitive during the sale season. The 45% discount won’t be available for at least one year after release.

Q: What if the library doesn’t meet my expectations?

A: As with all Triple Spiral Audio products, I offer a refund option. You can request a refund within 14 days after your purchase. For this product, the 14-day refund period starts after the official release. If you find the library not to your satisfaction, you can request a refund within 14 days after the official release.

Q: Why opt for a pre-order instead of releasing it on December 21st?

A: While releasing a new product during this period can be challenging, it aligns well with the holiday season. The pre-order option allows customers to decide whether they want to purchase the library before the Black Friday sales or wait. Releasing it on December 21 might lead to customers saying, “I wish I had known earlier about the upcoming release!” – now I am saving you the trouble to write me that question 😉
